Enjoy a unique gastronomic adventure, which invites you to enter a journey of flavors and sensations led by the experienced guest sommelier, Max Ortiz from Sunset Monalisa, one of the most emblematic restaurants in Cabo. The wine selection for the evening, personally chosen by Max, will complement in perfect harmony the special 4-course menu (see menu) designed by the executive chef of Monalisa Group, Jacob Ramos.

Learn everything you ever wanted to know about wine and Max’s personalized suggestions to pair your dinners properly. In the ‘Perfect Pairing’ experience, you will have the opportunity to ask everything about your favorite wines, new options to pair a meal, or whatever you want to know about wine in general.

The sommelier, Max, will delight us with a complete explanation of the unique pairing of the night, general information about the wine, reasons for pairing each dish with a specific wine, curious facts about the tasting and the region of origin; a first-class service, totally personalized direct to your table.

The selection of Italian dishes of the night is inspired by traditional Neapolitan recipes that will transport you to southern Italy, always with the contemporary touch that characterizes chef Jacob, also taking advantage of the freshness of local ingredients.

The event will take place on the outdoor terrace of El Merkado, the most important gastronomic center in Los Cabos; the experience will also be complemented by live acoustic guitar music.
